Summary: Snapshots of the relationship between Ichigo and Orihime
1. pirates
“Thank you for saving me,” Orihime says to Captain Kurosaki; when she had been kidnapped by the pirates she had sure that she was going to die, but he had saved her; she didn’t know how she could ever possibly repay him.
2. firefly
Fireflies fly around them lazily as they walk home hand in hand, conversation flowing easily between them; “Tanabata was always my favorite festival,” Orihime admits to him, “I liked sharing my name with the weaver princess.”
3. snow
Orihime laughs at the look on Ichigo’s face when the snowball hits him, but it quickly turns to a squeal of terror as he picks up his own handful of snow and starts running towards her.
4. countdown
They countdown as the clock races towards a new year, and when the clock hits zero, Ichigo leans down and kisses her.
5. lawyer
She’s surprised when she hears that Ichigo is planning to go to law school, but when she finds out that he’s specializing in family law and hears about all of the pro bono work that he’s doing, Orihime begins to understand.

Their life lacks any sort of order, but Orihime likes having it so messy and disorganized; it’s more fun that way.
