Have you missed me?
Well, I suppose after a two month absence I can do a little updating. I am in Louisville, finally. I have a cute little apartment in an old house very close to U of L's campus. I walk to school, which is cool. Liz lives below me, so we see each other all the time and are keeping each other company. School started this past week. Still unsure about my feelings on it. I think that it is a lot of busy work (which is all group work). The practicum started at DCBS Adoption Services. I have already been to court and read many many sad case files. I love the people I work with. They are awesome and we have lots of fun. Besides the 12 hours of class and the 16 hours of practicum and the shit ton of reading, I am 98% sure that I have scored a job with NY & Co, which is my favorite clothing store on the planet. After two interviews, all they have to do is check with my two previous employers and I have orientation on Tuesday. Very excited about this discount! So I am pretty sure that I am always going to busy. My only complaint is that I don't have the internet at my house, but I am working on that. Other than that, life is going okay. I am just ready to meet lots of new people and have an awesome two years in grad school.
