Resolutions

1. I am going to get back into shape.
2. I will try not to have red meat more than once a week.
3. I will not have chocolate in January.
4. I will live within my means.
5. I will learn things.
6. I want to get a lot better at work.
7. Will manage to hold an inversion (either handstand or shoulderstand) for 60 seconds.
8. Get a regular daily exercise regime. At least 10 press-ups, 20 crunches, and a slight yoga routine.
9. Get a driving license.
10. Get a Ph.D. Please.

11. Ideally, avoid getting dragged out of the EU.
12. Stop beating myself up so much.
13. Cut down on fizzy drinks. Water is good.
14. Read excellent books.
15. Get happier with myself. Like myself more.
16. Read books that I think are great.
17. Write something more than letters, briefs, diary entries and tweets. Find something to say in a good way.
18. Hold on to integrity, and not compromise in the wrong ways: hold true to beliefs.
19. Be a better friend.
20. It would be nice to climb or be non-single again. Or to live with not doing so.
