Okay, more Gaby and her mom drama
Gaby's mom wants to go back to Jersey for Gaby's senior year, once again, even though she just decided like a week or two ago that she wanted to stay in Florida. I feel bad for Gaby, because this whole summer she's had no idea what was going on for her last year of high school.
Anyway, I gave Gaby's mom (she only speaks Spanish lol) the number for my step-dad's sister, who is a realtor, and she's pretty awesome. Apparently when Gaby's mom sold the house, she got really screwed out of a ton of money, and she can't do anything about it. If she doesn't go through with everything, then she has to pay $50,000 (which is a lot of money, okay?).
Anyway, so people talked, and Gaby might be able to stay with me (only for the first half of the year, though, since I'm graduating and going back to New Hampshire in 6 months). That would be cool, but I don't think it would work unless she could find an alternative place to live when I'm gone.
I feel bad, Gaby doesn't really deserve for this shit to happen, and neither does her mom. I feel bad for both of them, even though I wish Gaby's mom would just make a damn decision instead of flipping around every couple of weeks.
Whatever, though. Things will work out, and hopefully her mom will stay in Florida and get an apartment somewhere around Poinciana High with the help of my step-aunt so I'll have my only senior friend back for the first semester of school.
