~I later came to understand that the above 'fit of madness' was something of a test, of how dedicated we were to Majick, but where would we 'draw the line' ethically. I think we both did okay. The most interesting thing was that the book in which we had found The Hand of Glory and had planed to use for the ritual vanished not long after we 'made the commitment'.
Regarding the second part, 'the concept that crystallized', I was on the phone with Kat back in March of '04 bitching about Amy and she said, "She doesn't deserve you...you should really have twenty women." We blabbled about a 'house of twenty' and laughed at the idea a bit, though she was serious. And that was 'the seed' of The Temple.
