Troubles in medicating
Poor Franklin. He has internal parasites, again.
So the vet sent me 3 syringes of meds to somehow stuff down his throat. So I'm supposed to get a 3-man team together, have one person hold his head, another hold him and then somehow pry his mouth (beak) open to insert the syringe and hope he swallows. Well, after a combined total of about 30 minutes of failure, it's not grabbing his head or holding him that's the problem... it's getting him to open his mouth. I don't want to pry it open because I'm afraid to hurt him. So tomorrow I call the vet... again.
