I think I may have to get the Honeydog's new album, 10,000 Years. They've been playing the first track, Test Tube Kid, on local radio for the past few months, and I like it more and more each time. (If you click through to their site, they'll play all of the songs from the album for you.)
It's disturbing, thoughtful, and just... wow.
Here's the local review. I shamefully admit that I don't pay as much attention to local music as I feel I should. I have my reasons, but mostly it's that I'm a tired girl.
