yea so i'm at college
it's rush week and i have had
the most amazing time
ever
i love it here
so this is me eating my words
i thought i could never enjoy this place
and here i am
this sorority girl
in love with every minute
tonight was the last night of rush
tomorrow afternoon i get my bid
hopefully to the alpha chi omega house
i love them
and i really want to be one
really really really really
once again
this is me eating my words
talking about how cheesy and fake it all is
and now i can't imagine doing college any other way
it's pretty hilarious
because i have had the most stressful week
and we have been having meetings
and curfews
and a lot of walking and mindless talking
and a lot of worrying about getting the right house
no booze
no boys
and yet i couldn't be happier
the girls on my floor are amazing
we've been here for like 5 days
and you'd think we were life long friends
we share secrets
and we're open and honest
and we laugh over inside jokes
and we cry to each other when we have a hard time
we borrow clothes and stay up late and gossip
we barge into each others rooms and tease each other
and we have each others backs
it's so great
and it makes being so far from the people i love
so much easier
because i am already in love with these girls
i was saying that we're like the babysitters club
hahahahaha
because we're all really different
and it's like we all fit these roles
i'm the loud goofy one
obvi
but we all like fill a part and everything just works
so far i've kept in good touch with people
it's so great to catch up
and hear good stories
and to miss your friends
it's really awesome to know that there are so many friends
who just cannot wait to hear from me
and are so happy
that i'm so happy
i'm so sad though that everyone is so far away
i wish my CT friends could come and see this place
and have fun with me
i'd better get some SWEET visitors this year
