ConCon is this weekend, and they finally released a schedule.  I was looking at it yesterday and noticed the opening ceremonies are taking place during the cocktail party.  A cocktail party that you need a ticket for.  A cocktail parties we don't have tickets for, because it was originally billed as a "cocktail hour", and we didn't feel that it was worth it to pay $30 to stand in a room for an hour.  Since then, it has grown into a full-blown party, but it's sold out, so it's too late for us.

I decided to post on the official ConCon message board, asking if I was interpreting the schedule right, because that would suck.

Now I'm waiting for the organizer to freak out on me again.  *twiddles thumbs*
