Cheaper Plane Tickets = Happier EG
We bought our tickets to Cincinnati last night, even though neither of us have gotten the official okay from our employers to take the time off. Why so early? Because I looked up the flight prices on a whim, and they were LESS THAN HALF what they were last year. I have no idea why. Last year we actually flew into Dayton to save money (and hated it). But this year, Dayton is actually more expensive. Weird, huh? After all the taxes and fees, we still paid less for both our tickets than the list price for one ticket last year.
Also, I think we've found a firm buyer for our unwanted women's tickets. We still have to work out the money / ticket exchange process, but I'm not worried.
