Turmoil in Paradise
Hey Journal,
So, yeah, the house kinda came in jeopardy. Thanks to the economic meltdown in the U.S., debt-to-income ratio requirements for the FHA became a stranglehold, just as more and more people are using credit cards everyday for food, water, and the other basics in our life. Surprise, surprise, my wardrobe caused me to go over the ratio....
Sounds dire right? Well, my fiance Tara comes to the rescue with her surprising credit score and zero debt may come to our aid and let us keep the house. I have a financial mess, she does not, thanks college lol.
Anyways, the current project I'm on is pretty stressful. Traveling one day, staying home the next, and staying in the dark. I hope next week we end the project in good terms, and I look forward to a new project in Ohio and North Carolina, with some visits to NY on the side.
Other than that, same ol' same ol', my health has taken a small downturn, but I'm optimistic that my genes won't be the end of me. :)
