Wow, it's been a long time since I've been on here.

Doing fine. Out of work, but feeling better about things in general than a few months ago when I was, incidentally, employed.

Meditated for the month of April at Karmê Chöling, a meditation center in north-eastern VT in the Shambhala tradition. That seemed to help clear my head a lot.

Congratulations on getting into Birthwise! And it's lovely to hear that we'll have you here on the east coast again, at least for a little while!
