Girls Night
Last night was so much fun. I was invited to an AKL girlfriend's night making it into a girl's night. Jen, Vicki, Lauren, Jess, Bre, and I went to TGI Fridays for dinner. It was cute how we paired up and shared three course meals, but it ended up being a really good deal because we were all so full and saved quite a bit of money that way. Since, we were not sure how late the guys were going to be at their recruitment event and there were stores across the street, we went shopping at Kohls and Target, some of us found some really good deals on things. Both stores closed early so we did not get to shop very long, but it does not matter because when we were leaving Target, Jess got a call saying the guys were at Tower Inn (of course!), so we met them there. It felt really great to walk into the restaurant with all of the guys greeting us girls. I thought it was cute how the other five girls went straight to their guy, but that left me a little unsure of where to go; it was okay because we ended up sitting in booths together. I had a lot of fun going out last night and it was so nice being out with the girls.

On my way to the library to get online now, I ran into Matt & Stewie with Amanda and Sarah. They were sledding down a hill near the library. It was a good hill but you had to be aware of the parking blocks at the bottom, fortunatly hitting them only felt like bumper cars because the sled bounced right off. Sledding was a lot of fun, I just wish I was prepared for it and dressed warmly.
