Happy New Year!!!
Happy New Year!!!! It is officially 2005....time for a new year and a new beginning. Funny how alot of people say that there are no second chances in life but then those same people are like oh it's a new year and I get to start all over....interesting. But anywho it's a new year and I do plan on starting over on some stuff and try to make this year even that much better than the last. Although for me 2004 was an amazing year and will be very hard to top.
To recap, Christmas was great! I got presents that I love but even more so I was able to spend Christmas with my family which to me is the greatest. I love my family. I had lots of fun. SAN DIEGO WAS AWESOME!!! I had so much fun. There were times where I was a little bored but overall the whole time we were there it was just great. D and I had some really great laughs this week. I don't think I've laughed as hard as I have this week in like forever. So much fun. Met more people in the band that I didn't know. That's always fun. That's the cool thing about this band. It's so freakin huge that you can be with all those people all semester and still not know alot of them. I saw alot of people this week that I didn't even know were in the band. Like I had never even seem them before. Crazy. But yeah I enjoyed myself alot and to top off the whole trip WE WON THE HOLIDAY BOWL!!! Tech 45 Cal 31 WE KICKED CAL'S ASS!!! Them and that stupid bear mascot they had. UGH, that was the ugliest thing ever. Raider Red is such a better mascot. It was a good game and we got to go get food and eat in the stands without getting in trouble haha.
Well I'm sort of ready to go back to Lubbock I'm just not so sure about going back to classes. Oh well. The Thursday we get back a bunch of us have already planned to go out to the club. I haven't been in so long and I need it! I hope everyone had a great Holiday(s) and I'll see everyone in a couple of weeks!!
