The newspaper apparently says that I shouldn't work out everyday. It says that I should give my body 24 hours to recuperate. I give it 23. That should suffice.

Any computer-oriented people out there, listen up:
My monitor's been really weird lately. It started a couple of weeks ago. Occasionally - like maybe once a day - the bottom of the screen would turn black. Maybe the bottom centimetre or two. And all of the actual computer screen stuff - my taskbar and browser or desktop or whatever, would contract into the space that was left.
Now, it's worse. The whole screen disappears sometimes, starting from the bottom, everything turns black-ish. Elizabeth describes it as looking like there are oil stains on a black surface. We can usually get the monitor functional again by turning it on and off. Usually. Once, I had to wait about 5 minutes.
Is there anything I can do to fix it, or do I need to buy a new one? It's about six years old, if that's anything.
