How did it take me this long to remember that such a thing as Web Messenger exists? And how did none of you remind me? :p

Anyway, I'm on it now, so even if this computer situtation drags on a while longer, I'm online again fer chattin'.

Other things:
-Dexy's Midnight Runners are good.
-Open mic tonight at the pub.
-After the Sens game here at home.
-Having the music up loud (because I'm in a house with actual distance between me and my neighbours) and dancing around in the living room (because I'm in an actual house with an actual living room) is really good too.
-This "Proof" blog ("Alcohol and American life"... "This Alcoholic Life"?) over at the Times' site is really fantastic. It's rocketed up to near the top of my favourite blogs. I have a feeling many of you would enjoy it, if you're not already doing so. wellesleywino, I'm lookin' at you, for one.
-I want to be Paul Wells' boyfriend: "So much has been fixed. Election dates have been fixed, so elections now appear at random intervals. Taxation of income trusts has been fixed. Twice. Health care wait times are now guaranteed: if you want health care I can guarantee you will wait. We have fixed the Senate. It looks just as spritely and youthful as ever. Canada’s role in Afghanistan? Fixed. Our deployment will end unless it doesn’t. Two years ago Flaherty declared the era of federal-provincial bickering was over, and his word has proved to be precisely as reliable as it ever was."
