One more thing:
In my last days in Montreal when I was kind of an emotional wreck, I kept meaning to go back and reread some of the things I wrote about Hiedi and me at the first height of my infatuation with her. To remind myself of how great things were and why I was doing this. I never did get around to rereading them though - I had enough on my plate.
