Tonight is going to be long and draining (but partly because I want it that way). I will do the following things:

My coworkers took me out for lunch today. We went to Fire Grill on Stanley (not gonna link because there's annoying music at the site). It was quite pleasant. I will miss my McGill coworkers - all of them. I don't have a bad word to say about any of them, really. The worst I can say is that Angela and Shirley talk too much (ok - Columbus Girl does too), and Danielle is way too high-strung. I will really miss Inna's biting sarcasm.
Either I've lucked out with coworkers at pretty much every place I've worked, or I'm just easy to get along with. I like to think it's a bit of both.
Columbus Girl invited me to her place on Sunday to watch the Super Bowl. I have a love-hate relationship with the Super Bowl, but I think I'll enjoy the evening. I do like her, despite my bitching on here. When I'm gone, I'm going to miss the political debates we've had.
Tomorrow I'm going to Ottawa. Saturday, my dad's coming here to pick up some tables and paintings and to drop me off.
My panicky I-CAN'T-BELIEVE-THIS-IS-HAPPENING moments are increasing in frequency.

- watch the Sens/Blues because I am a pathetic, pathetic fan clinging to hope in the face of all reason
- listen to sentimental and/or sad music
- write a million posts on LJ
- drink too much red wine
