I saw Vanilla Ice's Ice Ice Baby video earlier today on MuchMoreMusic which I'm enjoying more and more these days. It's like VH-1, for those of you who're stateside.
Anyway, I enjoyed the fact that pretty much all of the clothing in that video can now be found at the Fripe-prix store across the street. You could probably have any outfit in that video for like, 10 or 15 bucks, these days. Hell, you could probably recreate your own version of the video for like 10 or 15 bucks these days.
I saw the other day that men who ejaculate 5 times a week or more when they're between 20-50 have a reduced risk of prostate cancer later in life. This is one of the cancer scares that I'm happy to work towards. Haven't been so much up to the challenge lately, though, for a variety of reasons. But that's pretty awesome news.
