According to the Orlando Sentinel, Richard Lewis Ludwig, 54, was in town to watch his son’s baseball game when he found a credit card on the ground outside a mall.

Around the same time the owner of the credit card, a local college student, realized he had dropped his card in a mall parking lot on Saturday so he called to cancel it.

The credit card company told the student that the card had been used to purchase pizza in the same mall as where he had lost it so he immediately called the police.

Upon arriving, police arrested Ludwig after finding him at the restaurant waiting for his $40.64 order and admitting he found the credit card in the parking lot.

Ludwig had $250 in cash in his wallet at the time of his arrest and told deputies his net worth was between $3 million and $4 million.
