Wellllll...
Hi there! I know I've been AWOL for....well....months, but updating hasn't really been my top priority. Oh well...what's new in Carrieland? Ummmmm....job hunting sucks, but not as much as lifeguarding sucks! I'm just doing it to make money while I'm waiting to get a real job, but since I promised myself I wouldn't be doing this anymore, it feels really sucky to go back to it after all. I visited Joyce in January, which was cool. Woo hoo for being let loose on two countries by ourselves! I spent a week with Andrew and his family before that, for New Years...they're great....I just hope I didn't wear out my welcome! It turns out that I'm going to be playing a REALLY minor part in an upcoming production of Turandot, which should be cool. I was going to audition for Brighton Beach Memoirs at Civic Theatre, but I decided that I don't wanna try doing two shows at once. I've now applied to The Children's Museum (again....they're really disorganized, and I'm not sure I'll get the job, but they've got full time positions open, and I figured it couldn't hurt to try), Indianapolis Monthly, and a publishing company in town. I'm hoping something comes of those, and soon, cause I'm going CRAZY here!
Anyway, I know that's the really brief version....but I'm not feeling motivated to write much...just wanted to let you all know that I'm still alive!
