hypoglossus muscle != hyoglossus muscle
I've been saying it in my head and outloud and writing it out as hypoglossus for at least a week, and only realized my mistake when I was staring at yet another diagram of the in the lower jaw and thinking...man. Why didn't they name the hypoglossus after the fact that it goes from the hyoid bone to the tongue like they do all the other muscles in the region? It would make things so much easier to remember. And then of course, it turns out they DID name it hyoglossus. I was just too (a) desperate to make things even harder on myself and (b) downright dumb and maybe dyslexic to actually realize it until now.
hello, I have a test in a less than a week. BUT WHAT ELSE IS NEW
I do have spring break right after that, so expect me to be happy and coherent again then! Though I probably won't be on the internet much because I'll be in New York with my bestest buds lanerose and ladylore ♥, and I might even see Drew too! Any suggestions on what to do in New York City? I've never been there before *__*
