one exam left to go...
So, American Government sucks. The majority of our exam came from a book called "taking sides." Obviously it covered controversial issues like abortion, gun control laws, immigration laws, affirmative action, etc. One of the questions on the exam was "The reason behind affirmative action is to help the minorites after hundreds of years of discrimination. True or false?" WTF?! I mean, according to my views, yes, it is. But knowing better I put false. Another question was like "The main concern about abortion is:
a. women's right to chose
b. courts right to make decisions for woman
c. morals
d. definition of life"
that's soooooo up to the individual!! What yout hink of those questions greatly influences what the "right" answer is. ughghgh and that was practically the whole test. It pissed me off(and still does obviously lol) hmmmm other than that. I had a physics test and a math test. I have computer science tomorrow and then I'm finished. Lindsay finishes exams tomorrow also so we'll party hardcore tomorrow night. I'm really excited hehe and then I'm moving out early Thursday morning. It's kind of sad though heh. I don't have a home!! I've lived in this little dorm longer than I have the house up in Marietta.
I went out to dinner with Wilson ( a hot guy I met at a party) last week and I went to lunch with Rodrigo (I met him at a party also) the day after. I haven't really talked to eithe rof them lately because of exams and such. I actually talked to Rodrigo for a long time on Saturday night (in Spanish!!) He's from Guatemala and was getting offline and said good night in spanish so I responded in spanish. So he stayed online and we had a full-blown conversation. He was impressed and I was proud hehe. Anyway, I'm going to go to the student center and use up my free money on some food. yay
