Now, I'm not saying I want to leave Chicago, BUT wouldn't it be awesome if D gets that job offer in Northern Jersey and we take it and OMGOMGOMG maybe I can work with you on said documentary?! Because I need to get going with the whole film thing and I have this awesome digital video camera I bought with my Jeopardy! money that is just collecting dust. I'm just saying. East Hanover is only an hour from the city.

That... would be so ILL!! Still not sure how fast I/we could begin starting, but... seriously that would be too great. I love your eye and I knew from the beginning with this idea that I wanted to work (at least primarily, if not solely) with other folks who know about linguistics and could aide in my vision so... *gets moe giddy!!!*

That could be cool too. Originally I wanted it to be very focused on just AAVE, but the similarities between that, Haitian Creole and Jamaican Pidgin are too much to not include them. So including Hawaiian Pidgin could be an extension of that.
