Yeah...never really paid much attention to the Soul Train Awards as it is, but when they tried to give Ashanti the Aretha Franklin Lady of Soul Award or whatever crap, I stopped giving them any points for the shred of credibility I thought they may have had.

R. Kelly isn't even 40, how in the fuck are they going to give him a damn LIFETIME Achievement Award? That's like when they gave Dr. Dre a Lifetime Achievement Award and he was only 39 a few years back.
