At first, I was like there's no way Kobe did it, just cuz it didn't seem to match...but after reading an article here & there, I'm leaning towards believing the girl...there are reports of guests staying in nearby rooms in the hotel complaining of noises (non sexual, but like yelling) coming from the room...
