well...it's kind of like that post on Marqo's board. Is there racism without power? Sure, that person's a racist idiot...but if you don't let it bother you then it's just another crazy person's ramblings.

plus...would you be upset if you thought itwas a black person behind the LJ? I was thinking..and i probalby wouldn't.

That's where my ambiguity comes in. 'Cause I know I make crass jokes ALL the time. But somehow that just rubbed me the wrong way. Maybe because it's on the internet and I can't tell the person's intentions (or as you said their race). I just feel like it was meant to be more of an insult to the entire race as opposed to one type of person (don't ask me why. just a feeling I have). But I'm definitely not gonna dwell on it.
