The first time I read a description of these three in ClankClank's journal, I didn't really care either way about them. I didn't even know the canon seekers, let alone OC ones. Now, though, I can definitely appreciate this trine much more.

I'm not sure who I like the most yet, if I will ever come to a conclusion, but I think it's a close toss-up between the two femmes. ... Probably Shriek if only for her wonderfully creative choice of "weapon". It's cute how Morningstar just drops everything without a thought to track down her mate, like her priorities are incredibly clear but maybe still subconscious.

I tend to have a soft spot for certain types of sociopaths, heaven knows why, so I'm sure it won't be a problem. At all. In fact, I'm really excited to see them in (more?) action, even if it is violent, braintwisty Decepticon action.

...wait, is it up already? >_> Only skimmed the Flist, but something was put up. :O I may need to save reading whatever it is in favor of finishing this PTSD essay. Pooey.

I'll admit it: I'm totally in love with Shriek's rudder-wings. They're like ... killer door-wings FTW XD

And Morningstar's... she's a difficult one. Sometimes it's hard for me to get in her head because she's really the only one of the trine with /deep/ thoughts on a regular basis.

XD okay then! The one up is actually not the violence yet... Morningstar sidetracked me with her manipulativeness, the silly girl. Still, I don't think it's too bad.

Actions vs. headspace? I think I may be the opposite, then, in that I find it easier to write people thinking lots and lots and harder when it's, you know, actually interacting with an environment. If that made ANY sense. Gah. Like, there's room to move in deep thoughts? Something like that?

Yeah, cuddling's an exercise in patience, really. It's part of the reason why people don't use the rudder wings, I think. Also, they're very sensitive and only hooked on by a single ball-socket-type joint, so if you're fighting hand-to-hand, it's very easy to rip 'em off by the blunter connector edge as long as you're careful of the slicy edges... actually, the only reason why Shriek can get away with it is because she has her trine mates at her back and because she's a bit of berserker, so she doesn't actually feel pain when she's focussed on tearing the prey into itty bitty pieces... it's only /after/ the fight's done that the pain information floods her processor and she collapses into a twitching heap of pain and whimpering

Shriek == berserker; definitely shines through. Alone, these three would still be interesting, but I think a lot of their, uh, cuteness? ... Appeal. A lot of their appeal is in the strength of their bond to each other. Depending on each other like it's a given. That is just so... aaaaaw. XD

Simple. I could work on that. >_> That's another reason why she's fun then; not too hard to understand, but still such idiosyncratic behavior! (Impulses + slashing up others' optics)

*heh* Yeah, I liked the contrast between their public and private personas. It's not that the two are different, though, just that they're mentally stunted: they don't really register other people's lives as important unless they've /proven/ themselves to be good friends first. It's like if you're dealing with a wolf pack. The wolves care for each other, but they won't take in others unless they've proven to be friendlies. And considering the relatively low status of the OMs at this point, no one's ever tried to get in on the list of 'friendlies'. Except for Starscream, but that's a completely different story >>;
