Let's call the whole thing off
NaDraWriMo is officially eating my ability to study properly for school, so I' not doing it. We're back to me just posting when I feel like it, where I feel like it, whenever I have something intelligent to add to the conversation c:
That said, I really want to write AU fic involving Huntress picking up Spoiler before she becomes Robin IV. It wouldn't be a traditional vigilante-sidekick relationship at all, but it would be fun to write them bitching at each other while somehow managing to work together nevertheless. I think it would turn Steph down a much darker path than she's currently on, though, since Helena... Well. Helena doesn't walk the line as much as she regularly jumps over it, only to be dragged back by the Birds.
The problem with this thought, of course, is that in order to do it, I'd have to find all of the comics surrounding that time period and read them, which is... not something that I have the time or energy to do right now. It's too bad, and it means that I'll never get to write about the time Huntress, Spoiler and Catwoman had a fight about purple spandex, but what'll you do?
