Christmas @ work
So for Christmas this year I am at work, Yesterday I spent an entire 12 hours here, just cuz my boss either can't do schedules, or had too much other stuff to do, or something. He seems like he's a smart guy...... No telling. I'm still attempting to get outta working both weekend days, so I can have that work/life balance thing everyone here keeps talking about. Yeah, I think that it's on the way, at least it better be. We'll see. So I take calls at work right, calls from companies that have dell computers that arn't working like they are supposed to. And not just any company either..... You gotta have some kind of first level support already in place, and you gotta have our Retail Gold contract. So that's like maybe 60-70 companies total. Out of these companies, there are two open on Christmas. Yep, you heard me, two. Out of the entire day, starting at midnight, we've had 4 calls. Total, that's not just me, I've only gotten one of those, and the one I got, the lady was too busy to do anything, and didn't know the difference between a monitor and the computer.... She said she'd call back, and that hasn't happened yet. I've only got seven min though, I don't think she'll make it. All 10 hours of today is overtime... Maybe this week (I'm actually off after monday) I can get some more of my stuff out of my mothers house... that'd be nice..... Well, I'd better go, so I can book outta here, and right into the arms of someone who is missing me. Laters............
