making it a mini-goal to have a serving of fruit today with eat meal. it's really not that hard when you have it in your house and are cooking/eating from home. in fact, there's no excuse not to.




pastrami on light honey wheat, dill pickle and bowl of fresh strawberries with a dash of splenda. drink was my diet green tea standby.

dinner tonight will consist of grilled rockfish and asparagus, pineapple and instant pudding as our dessert (an entire box if 400 calories, we each eat half + that is a very fufilling 200 calorie dessert/snack)
