WHERE: Two cleared off Areas in District 3

Two fenced off areas, in a broken down part of District Three have been assembled, just by the army barracks. Almost every soldier is on duty with their guns, looking nervous. Half of the local population is seated, looking excited, curious and slightly bloodthirsty. The air reminds one of what the Roman Colosseum was in it's heyday.
The 'Gaters' have been brought as well, the ones fighting and the ones watching, those of course being in a separate area under guard in case someone wants to get involved in the matches. The participants are being given their 'antidotes' to the 'food outbreak' a day earlier with suspicious suggestions being given afterward. Suggestions meant to anger, enrage and make the fights more entertaining for the crowd.
The first participants are herded into the areas, at gunpoint if need be..
