Saturday, April 25th, 1953, Rations Allocation Day.
Greetings. Today is Rations Allocation Day. Today is also Mark. If it rains today, there will be no additional frost for the season. Rations will be held at Victory Square from 10 00 hours until 19 00 hours. Bring your identification with you. Persons unable to bring their identification will not be served. Any disrespect to the soldiers will be met with force. Those persons who assisted in the clean up after the attack will receive double rations. Your names are already on the list.
Lt. Maes Hughes has returned from his specialized training session. *dryly* I'm sure you all will voice a hearty welcome back to him.

MAES IS BACK! EVERYONE REJOICE! However, he doesn't seem to be the same fun loving Maes. He'll still recruit the first responder into helping him with the lines (You're definitely not free from that) Please remember that the Rations can last all week, depending on what CR is happening in the threads. Before volunteering your muse, check with your schedules to see if you are able to interact with the personnel in your line at least until Friday. We want to make certain everyone has a chance to interact!
RATIONS AMOUNTS ARE STILL HALVED, so grumbling about that is still a viable option \o. 'Fresh foods' are still mysteriouly absent in the market, but canned fruits and vegetables are still available. Squashes or potatoes are still gone, and everything else edible is grains or salted Mystery Meat.
