Rations Allocation Day, August 25
*The PA system crackles on to let the deep voice echo over the city.*
This is General Colonel Vladimir Kozlov. Today is the 25th of August, and it is Rations Allocation Day. All persons desiring Rations are to report to Victory Square for their rations between the hours of 1200 and 1800 hours today.
And now for announcements. Certain citizens are being called for questioning. These question sessions should not last more than 24 hours. You are to accompany your escorts without resistance. If you decide to resist the soldiers, they are authorized to use force in order to subdue and bring the desired individual in for questioning. The best way to avoid serious injury is to go with them complacently.
The Solanum appears to be stable, so double shifts are no longer required for the soldiers.
On September 1st, applications for non-government funded housing will be available for pick up during Rations, and only during that time. All applications, filled out completely, must be turned in no later than September 8th. New housing assignments will be given September 15th.
Exit exams for all students aged sixteen years or will become sixteen by December 1st will be held on September 15th. Should you need extra tutoring, please contact your instructors in order to prepare for the tests.
