Ladies and Gentlemen of Veles. *the voice sounds tired.*
This is General Colonel Kozlov. It is Sunday, July First...and we have narrowly missed utter destruction by the zombies.
Now. Our crews will be very busy in cleaning up the city and burning the waste behind. It is imperative that any civilian who has come into contact with a zombie or any of it's fluids be quarantined immediately. Soldiers will be on the look out for people who need to be quarantined in the Hospital. Any one who resists will be shot on sight.
Our Construction crew will be busy combing our first line of defense, patching holes and ensuring that any potential contaminant can be avoided. There will be de-contamination fires stationed in all four quadrants of the city. The odor, I will forwarn you, will be most unpleasant, but is completely necessary in order to avoid re-infestation.
Rations Allocation will be held in the courtyard between Midgard and Niflheim between the hours of 1100 hours and 1900 hours. It is strongly encouraged that you obtain your rations this week since it is unknown when the shops will open for market.
That is all.
Right! So! For those who don't know what Rations Allocation Day means, please visit this link to further educate yourself:
Rations and YOU
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW: Maes will be one of your two helpers in doling out the Rations. As always, since the Government workers are so taxed, they cannot afford to give Maes any more assistance. Therefore, he will recruit the first person who responds to help him in checking the numbers and passing out the books. Who wants to help Maes, eh?
