Hola peoples
Ok, hi guys. Haven't posted too recently and thought I'd say hi.
It's been a weird few days. My manager Amber, had scheduled herself as the only manager to open the day after her birthday. As she was the store manager, her schedule was set at 7:30 to 5 Monday through Friday, and apparently she had been coming in late fairly regularly. On her birthday, of course, she went out and partied, and the next morning she didn't show up. Me and the other two crew members scheduled to open that day waited until about 8:30 before leaving. I dropped one of them off at another coworker's apartment, and later got a call from my supervisor TK asking what she was scheduled for the day. Apparently Amber forgot that she was the only manager for that morning and wasn't planning on coming in until later. In the end, the general manager let me and and two of my coworkers (one of which was a supervisor who was scheduled off that day) in and we opened the store at about 9 or so. Amber was fired that same day.
Other than that life has been uneventful. Don't be afraid to call me guys
