Had a working lunch today (meaning we didn't clock out for lunch, and got of an hour early). So I'm sitting here watching "The Fluffy Bunny Show" and eating chili. I hate this show, it's beyond juevinille, so I'm about to change it to sometihing slightly more interesting.
Anyhow, I'm 1/3 of the way through training, yay! I'm so excited, cause after next week, I'm gonna get to start taking real calls!
Only bad part is that after training is done, I go to a team that deals with deceased calls. I get to talk to dead people...
No, just kidding. I get to talk to the family members of dead people. I'm afraid it's gonna be kinda depressing, but it should be fine. I think my favorite call that I've heard was someone complaining about the final bill that they recieved after they closed their account. The advisor was trying to explain it to the person for like ten minutes before they asked for a supervisor, who took another 20-30 minutes trying to explain it to them. The charges were valid, by the way. Chase does finance charges kinda weird, but anyone can understand it if they try, and the supervisor was explaining it so simply that a person with an IQ of 2 could understand it. And the person kept saying stuff like how disappointed they were in Chase for giving them bullshit stories and trying to rip them off, and they were going to contact the Better Business Bureau, and what we were doing was illegal. I was laughing through the entire call, thinking that they should just go to the Better Business Bureau so they could laughed at again, and be done with it.
