mundane whirlwind
i am sick. i do not like being sick. i am feeling better than i prob'ly should, so that's nice. but i'm feeling week and distracted. things have been mundane lately, but somehow there's been a whirlwind of activity at the same time. mundane whirlwinds. sounds emo. i am not really that emo anymore.
mike is in town and surfing my couch. there are now enough comic books in the apt to make a small fort. i plan on doing this soon.
i need to get my shit together and commit to one final burst of scholastic energy. i must graduate. soon i will have a job and not feel like the world is coming down on me anymore. i can't imagine that.
in other news, my car gave up the ghost. in a final showing of skill and driving prowess, i was able to coast the empty shell of my vehicle into the parking lot of a fannie may in skokie. tow: $8o. diagnositic: $100. finally sold it to a mechanic at the shop for $300. total amount i got for my wheels: $115. sad really. but she carted me around for as long as she could. couldn't have asked for more from a 15 year old plymouth.
