My AMA prof (canadian fella) says "ni xian" (or "ni3 xian1" without the intonation, but the translation is "you first") when he really means "carry on". It's amusing, though i wonder whether i should let him know he's using it wrongly.
Saw a pair of knock-off Gap jeans called... GASP Jeans. Heh.
Sweating it out at muay thai the other day, i heard the instructor say, "ok everyone, down and do 10 crab push-ups!" Everyone went, "huh? what's that???" And he goes, "you don't know? normal push-up position, then push yourself up and crab your hands!"
Muahahaha!
Brought Jed to the vet the other day cos he was scratching himself all the time and we figured it might be some skin problem. The vet found a cut in his ear from all that scratching, so she gave him ear drops.
