My weekend...
Well, my weekend was like a rollercoaster of good 'n bad. I took Friday off, got some more side-work, helped my folks move stuff around for a garage sale, had good food, and found out that my gf had not managed to finish her homework up and my Friday night game was cancelled, so I went to Dan McGuiness for a little pre-party celebration for Tobey.
Saturday, my gf and I broke up because she's just too busy with work and school to manage any sort of relationship, and was feeling very bad about it. So I went to a party and felt better by the end of the night. Well, felt a little bit better. Still pretty down about it. Good party, though.
Sunday, well, I don't remember if I accomplished much. Got the picture frames I wanted, dad got me about 400MB of pictures, and I got a short, black bookcase for my living room. I felt I needed a seperate bookshelf for my non-gaming, non-computer books. Also moved the couch against the well, so it's beginning to look like a living room rather than a junk room. I'm going to clean up a little before I hit the pictures hard and start pulling out all the ones I want printed and framed. Hopefully I'll have those ready tomorrow so a buddy at work can take care of them for me.
Also did more drywalling in my kitchen. Going to finish that up tomorrow with some kiltz and I'll probably paint this weekend. I really want to paint my living room a different color, but I'm not sure if I can handle that much painting right now (living room is BIG.. 12ft. ceilings) I know it'd take 3 gallons just for that room and 2 coats. The dining room is still a mystery. I've yet to figure out what I'm going to do in there.
Oh well, back to work. Figured I'd update since I haven't said much in a while.
