It's been a while
I'm almost regretting buying a Permanent Account esp since I have neglected this journal for so long. I had very good memories of LJ plus I made some really great friends and re-forged old friendships along the way. But somehow I outgrew Live Journal.
It's not as user-friendly anymore. The communities, great as they are, don't give me the joy I used to find in them anymore. It all seems really childish now, I'm turning 38 in a month's time and I feel too old for LJ. Does that make sense?
LJ to me now is like what Friendster is for my teenaged kids. It's not for me anymore.
I cannot give up the LJ account now since it is permanent so I will give it some more time. I want to explore possibilities with it and re-think the layout and it's format.
I have been duplicating my Twitter entries here just so there is something but it looks like none of my friends go on LJ anymore either. Or maybe I've gotten too boring in my old age. Yep, got nothing interesting or funny to say anymore.
