writer's block: who's in your neighbourhood
i clicked on this link and it brought me to an update page so here goes nothing.
Not at all unfortunately. It is not a custom in Dubai I suppose. I see my office mates more than I see my neighbours. I hear their children playing in the hallway or bump into them occassionally in the lift on the way to work and then back at home. People move in and out so many times that I don't even know if the people I see are actually living here!
In stark contrast, I know my neighbours in Manila quite well. It's considered rude not to introduce yourself when you first move in. My grandfather was a great example on how to get along well with your neighbours. And I guess I learned from him and my mom.
to while away the time between lunch and getting dinner ready, i tinkered on PS and got this one done. i love katee - i miss bsg!
