POST-TYPHOON HAGUPIT, uhm, POST! ^_^;;;
YES! We are okay. The typhoon has demoted to a tropical storm by the time it reached Manila and we only experienced light rains Monday evening. On and off rains on Tuesday and early Wednesday morning. It was the usual hot weather (around 29'C and up) by late morning that it seems like the storm did not even happen at all! ^_^;
The reason was due to the cold/high pressure air the came from up north that caused the stormy air to "cool off" and slowly dissipate as it passed on westwards to the West Philippine Sea by Tuesday.
That's about it. Nothing much really happened and it is really a huge thanks to that northern cold air that helped make the super-typhoon candidate slowly dissipate into a "regular" storm by the time it reached my area.
