When I get a minute...
I keep telling myself I'll update when I get a minute... which is why I never update.
I went to LA to visit my brother for 8 glorious days. It allowed me to rest, relax, recharge and let some stuff go that needed to be let go. So now I'm back and knee deep in prep for our next cycle, d2s.
The way D2s are going to work is that we'll shoot two days, have a day off, shoot two days, have a day off, etc. Which has it's benefits as well as it's disadvantages. One disadvantage is that one day off is going to fly by when we're trying to prep and stuff for the next ATL. My first ATL (above the line: Produce , Director, DP, Designer, Editor) is Producer, but I've accomplished painfully little on that front. We're going location scouting tomorrow, and hopefully we'll be able to find at least 1/3 of the locations.
On top of that I'm trying to get my casting done for my movie, and I'm trying to find a location for Chris. And I'm trying to help Chris find a location for Cindy, since Cindy shoots next week and still doesn't have a location.
So I'm busy, but it's a ... fun... busy. Well, not always fun. But it has it's fun moments. I will spend tonight and tomorrow casting and trying to get organized. I'll feel much better when I'm organized.
