I have high blood pressure.
They clocked it at 170/119.
So I'm not sure how accurate that is but I rather be safe than sorry.
So I have to cut the stress.
Stop worrying about things NOT in my control.
Cut my salt.
Cut toxicity - friends and otherwise.
I'm going to try yoga and meditation more frequently.
I really don't want to be on medication. I'm just not a fan.
Oh, buy some garlic pills and a multi-vitamin.
Get more rest at night.
Lose about 30 pounds. UGH.
OH, I might try to do a raw
Maybe something to soothe me at night.
