This fog... bears similarity to the Mist which engulfs certain regions of Ivalice. Whether it has magical properties or not, it is equally as unsettling to experience. Vision becomes all the more precious of an aid within a perilous world.

I had wondered whether wind-based magicks would be able to clear it, though it seems to have become too dense for any such attempt to succeed.
