If you haven't played Dear Esther, you need to stop whatever it is you're doing and fix that.

It's remarkable. Beautiful, disturbing, haunting. Especially the writing, which may be the best I've ever seen in a game. Or maybe just ever seen.

Cool stuff for today:

• I want to look and feel fabulous for Las Vegas in August, so in addition to the running I've started crosstraining on the bike again, as well as watching my portion sizes more seriously.
