yay!
Chris just called a little while ago to let me know that I could come home from work and not be fearful of our apartment because he killed the miserable bastard of a hornet that stung my middle finger last night. hooray! After I got stung he tried to find the hornet but we couldn't see it anywhere. Then he saw it in the living room today and went out and bought spray. He said it died a slow, painful death. So I guess that makes me feel a little bit better. I didn't sleep well at all last night because I got stung right before bed. Chris happened to find a strange remedy for stings on the web which seemed to help. I wet some tabacco and put it on the sting. It's supposed to draw the venom out and the nicotine is supposed to help lessen the pain. My finger was all fat and swollen...but when i woke up this morning it looked normal again and it only hurts a little bit every so often.
