blackberry ice cream! So good. I had a lot of extra blackberry puree, so last night for dinner I made waffles with blackberry syrup. (I just heated it up, threw in some sugar, and since I still had cream left from the ice cream, I put in a good swirl of that. Delicious!) There's still some puree left, so I'm going to try making a pitcher of blackberry lemonade, which I had once at Burgerville.
