No, I pay my shit on time. I wanted my telephone line disconnected but keep my DSL. They offer a service where you pay $5.00 more not to have a telephone line. So I called them up to set that up. The C/S person takes my order.
Next day I lose my internet. I call tech support and tell them that I dont have internet. They troubleshoot me with no results. Then I tell them that I disconnected my telephone line and ordered the lan life free connection. They told me I needed a lan line. This was after 7pm so I couldnt call billing because they were closed.
Next day I call billing and the C/S person tells me that the previous person cancelled MY ENTIRE FUCKING ACCOUNT. I told her that its not what I wanted. So she set me up with a new account with out the lan line. Fine....this was last Thursday. She told me I would have internet by Monday.
Monday comes no internet, get bill for the service I cancelled. Call to check on my new order. Order completes Tuesday. Me=pissed. Call billing; tell them they sent me a bill for the month of service I dont have. Lady tells me to discard it.
Comes Tuesday after 6:00pm. Order is complete. Still no internet. Call tech support. Troubleshoots me for about 1 hour. No result. Tells me that sometimes I must wait until after 12:00am to get the connection operational and to check in the morning. Fine.
Morning comes, no internet (Wednesday). Call them up; guy tells me they need to send a tech guy out. Tells me they dont have a guy to send until monday. Le sign.........
I go apeshit! I pretty much throw every bad word imaginable at this guy. I demend that my internet be established before the weekend. DEMEND!!!! He tells me he can get me someone at 8am on Friday. I tell him I will be at home after 4pm and this tech guy better be waiting for me at 4:10.
